Coaches, good or bad, can only do so much good or damage. At some point, the blame has to fall on the kids. IMO, a good coach is only worth a few wins a season at best. Let's say, for arguments sake, it is Crabtree's fault at Pound. How many more games would Pound REALLY win this season with a good coach? At best, they'll finish 2-8 this season. A new coach makes them what? 3-7? 4-6 at best? Would that garner a parade in Pound?
